Real estate fund management is ERI's primary business. Our investment funds assemble diversified portfolios of real estate and real estate-related interests, including special situation investments, both domestic and foreign, for the purpose of achieving exceptional risk-adjusted returns. The firm has made investments in over 2,000 entities that own various types of real estate assets. These assets are located in the United States, Canada, and, more recently, Asia.
